Bin is good and effective at reducing all the condensation issues I had with my old bin. Unfortunately can't say much about the delivery, pack was not even protected by a box or at least bubble wrap, only in a thin plastic postal pack, the bin is scratched and abrasions on edges on its travels to me. Also the bin was meant to come with some free bin liners, they were not included.

Had a little trouble getting the wire the holds the bag around the rim to click in. I knew it should as I have had a previous (the same) compost bin. Once it clicked I knew it was correct. I appreciate the information sheet - I hadn’t realised that the two black buttons - when pressed- released the bin from the base. My previous bin went in the dishwasher whole with just the lid separated. I needed this bin as the lid of the last bin stopped springing up. That is a great feature. Hence a new one.

I've had several compost bins over the years, this is the best one yet. The vents at the bottom and top really work to stop the bags from sweating and getting smelly. Happy with my purchase.

Great little bench top food rubbish container especially as there is no sweating which does occur with those containers that are completely enclosed and have no holes at the top to stop this. No sweating with this container.

I’ve had one of these caddies for the past 14yrs. Is only now started to show is age. This is its replacement and it’s nearly exactly the same as the original. I hope it lasts as long. They are odour free and hold quote a bit of green waste.

It does as it says and blocks odour from the inside of the basket. It also clamps the disposable green bags extremely well

The capacity was ideal for a medium-sized household, managing to handle kitchen scraps. Its ventilation system ensured keeping odors under control. The only issue was sometimes it leaked.
